????裴韜,中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所,地理信息科學與技術全國重點實驗室 研究員,博士生導師,城市大數(shù)據專業(yè)委員會副主任委員,中國GIS理論與方法學術委員會委員,國家杰出青年基金獲得者(2015)。已在國內外發(fā)表論文260余篇,其中SCI論文200余篇,合作出版專著6部。擔任《Transactions in GIS》、《Information Geography》、《地球信息科學》等雜志編委。國家重點研發(fā)專項項目“地理大數(shù)據挖掘與模式發(fā)現(xiàn)”首席科學家,入選國家級“百千萬人才工程”,獲第十一屆全國青年地理科技獎,中國科學院王寬誠獎勵基金盧嘉錫青年人才獎,北京市科技新星,中國科學院青年創(chuàng)新促進會優(yōu)秀會員,李佩優(yōu)秀教師獎,朱李月華優(yōu)秀教師獎。獲評2004年、2006年、2010年和2019年中國科學院大學優(yōu)秀研究生課程。以第一完成人獲測繪科學技術特等獎、一等獎以及北京市科技進步二等獎。

科研業(yè)績:
????圍繞地理空間分析基礎理論,分別就時空點模式和地理流模式開展研究取得以下進展。(1)建立了復雜時空點集的模式分解理論,可將任意復雜的時空點集分解為不同強度的均勻點過程,從根本上解決了時空點集分解與模式提取的理論難題。該理論對于時空點集數(shù)據的作用可與傅立葉變換對于初等函數(shù)的貢獻進行類比,因此該理論又可稱為“點集數(shù)據的傅立葉變換理論”。(2)構建了地理流的空間分析理論,從計算幾何的角度,提出了流空間的基本結構,將地理流的主要分析操作規(guī)范為流空間中的基本算子,實現(xiàn)了地理流拓撲分析、時空相關性、時空異質性、時空模式、時空估計、空間自相似、空間交互、多元協(xié)同等系列計算方法,建立了流空間結構-流模式分析-流空間估計-流模擬預測的理論和方法體系,成為人群活動、實體流動、空間交互等研究的新視角,并為空間規(guī)劃、公共衛(wèi)生、態(tài)勢模擬等應用提供了新的工具。地理流的研究已成為地理信息科學新的分支與熱點,并可視為地理信息科學中的“復分析”。
