男,博士,副研究員,碩士生導師。2009年9月博士后出站留所工作(2018.3-2019.7在美國Dartmouth College訪學)。中國民航局民航低空地理信息與航路重點實驗室總工程師,中國衛生信息與健康醫療大數據學會衛生地理信息專委會秘書長,中國自然資源學會自然資源信息系統專業委員會委員,高級程序員、信息系統高級項目管理師(工信部和人社部),高級工程師(中國衛星通訊集團)。曾獲中國衛生信息學會優秀論文獎,測繪科技進步一等獎,中國自然資源學會青年科技獎,地理信息科技進步三等獎等;研發的系統獲國家重點新產品、北京市金橋獎等。
研究領域和方向
主要從事:(1)環境與健康時空信息分析與建模;(2)無人機遙感數據挖掘與深度學習;(3)GIS和RS應用理論研究、軟件體系架構和軟件研發。
科研業績
多年來堅持研究同時不放棄軟件系統開發,先后主持或參與國家重點研發計劃、國家科技重大專項、國家高分辨率對地觀測重大專項、國家科技支撐計劃、中科院知識創新、中德國際合作、世行貸款等項目和課題50多項。先后在北京數字空間科技有限公司、北京天下圖數據技術有限公司擔任軟件開發總監、總工程師、副總經理等職,完成100余個應用平臺/應用系統的開發,參與取得軟件著作權100余項,獨立取得軟件著作權證書48項;取得國家授權發明專利12項;發表各類科研論文80余篇,其中SCI/SSCI論文40余篇(中科院分區二區及以上20多篇);SCI期刊International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health專刊(Geo-Environment and Geo-Health: Interdisciplinarity, Fusion and Application)特邀學術編輯;合作專著1部,參與編寫專著2部,標準1冊。撰寫咨詢報告6份,其中4份被中央辦公廳/國務院辦公廳采納,3份被國家領導人批示。
