????秦承志，男，中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所，地理信息科學與技術全國重點實驗室 研究員、博士生導師
????擔任《Transactions in GIS》副主編、《地理研究》編委、中國地理信息產業協會地理信息科學理論與方法工作委員會秘書長、International Society of Geomorphometry 執委會委員等學術職務。

????流域分析與模擬的智能計算，包括數字地形分析、數字土壤制圖、流域模擬和情景分析等領域的算法設計，地理建模智能化方法，高性能地理計算

科研業績：
所設計的地形分析算法被ArcGIS、SAGA等GIS軟件實現為空間分析基礎算法。第一/通訊作者發表期刊文章60余篇（包括40余篇SCI/SSCI文章），發表的期刊包括地理學領域旗艦期刊《AAAG》、地理信息科學領域旗艦期刊《IJGIS》、《地理學報》等。獲地理信息科技進步特等獎、測繪科技進步一等獎、教育部自然科學二等獎等獎勵。詳見學術主頁https://people.ucas.ac.cn/~qincz。

曾獲得基金委優秀青年基金項目資助，承擔了科技部863、科技支撐、基礎調查專項等多項課題任務，作為課題負責人承擔了科技部十四五重點研發項目“地理空間智能核心技術與軟件系統”。
