　　Phil Jones is the Director of the CRU and Professor in the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia, UK.  He has over 400 research papers with over 73,597citations, the top 0.5% of highly-cited researchers by the ISI.  Prof Phil Jones is principally known worldwide for the time series of hemispheric and global surface temperatures.

　　李慶祥，國家氣象信息中心研究員、首席科學家、博士生導師，研究方向為氣象資料，氣候變化。主要從事氣象數據產品研發（含氣象資料質量控制、氣候資料均一性、氣象資料網格化與插補）與應用、氣候變化序列及其不確定性等。在BAMS，JC等氣象領域頂級雜志發表多篇學術論文。
