付品德博士簡歷
1994-1997年，在中國科學院自然資源綜合科學考察委員會攻讀碩士學位
1997－2000年，在美國堪薩斯大學攻讀地理信息系統方向博士學位
2000至今，在ESRI美國總部工作，任應用開發部項目主管和高級軟件框架師
負責和承擔多項GIS工程和項目。負責研發的高級應急地理信息系統，2006年獲得ESRI國際用戶大會特殊成就獎；負責研發的美國地理信息一站式門戶，2006獲得American Council for Technology頒發的Excellence.Gov獎。
